From 420 Pounds & Unemployed to Coaching Champions
The transformation story that became a mission
Doctor of Ministry | Master Coach | Comeback Architect

Rock Bottom Was My Foundation
The Crisis
February 14th. Valentine's Day. I was 420 pounds, standing in my bedroom, looking at myself in the mirror—and I didn't recognize the person staring back.
Depressed. Unemployed. Broken.
My marriage was struggling. My health was failing. My purpose felt lost. I had become someone I never thought I'd be—and I couldn't see a way out.
That mirror moment was supposed to be my lowest point. Instead, it became my launching point.
The Turning Point
Something shifted that day. Not motivation—motivation is fleeting. This was deeper. This was a decision.
I could either stay stuck in the story I was living, or I could engineer a different ending. There was no middle ground. No "I'll start Monday." No "when things get easier."
That day, I made a choice: I would face my reality, build a strategy, and do whatever it took to transform my life—even if it meant grinding through the hardest season I'd ever faced.
I didn't know it then, but that decision would change everything.
The Calling
As I transformed, people started asking questions:
-
"How did you do it?"
-
"Can you help me?"
-
"What's your secret?"
I realized my comeback story wasn't just about me. It was about what was now possible for others who felt stuck, broken, or defeated.
That's when coaching became more than a job. It became my calling.
I went back to school, earned my Doctor of Ministry degree, and spent the next 12+ years developing the system that saved my life: the F.I.G.H.T. Framework. And using it to coach hundreds of people through their own comeback stories.
The Mission Today
Today, I wake up every day with one mission: to help people engineer their comeback stories using championship principles.
Whether you're 25 or 65, whether your rock bottom is weight, career, relationships, or purpose, I've been there. I know what it takes to climb out. And I know the exact system that works.
Your setback isn't your story. Your comeback is.
And if I can do it from 420 pounds and be unemployed, you can do it too.
Why choose me as your coach?
My credibility doesn't come from a perfect life or easy success. It comes from the transformation earned in the trenches and the education, experience, and results that followed.
Education

My commitment to personal growth and service led me to pursue higher education, culminating in a Doctor of Ministry degree from Virginia Union University.
This academic journey deepened my understanding of spiritual leadership and community engagement, reinforcing my dedication to uplifting others through faith and practical guidance.

What Makes My Approach Different
-
I've lived it. I'm not teaching theory from a textbook. I'm teaching principles forged in my own transformation from rock bottom to purpose-driven living.
-
I don't coddle. If you want someone to tell you it's okay to stay comfortable, I'm not your coach. I'll challenge you, push you, and hold you accountable—because that's what champions need.
-
I combine faith and strategy. My Doctor of Ministry background means I understand the spiritual dimension of transformation, but I also bring practical, proven systems that work regardless of your faith background.
-
I focus on systems, not motivation. Motivation fades. Systems sustain. I teach you how to build championship habits that outlast feelings.
